- Basic adjustment techniques to utilize in a wide variety of postures
- How to adjust someone throughout a vinyasa practice, including a sun salutation

This is a 30-hour professional certification program. Upon satisfactory completion of the material, you are eligible for certification as a Meditation Teacher and can earn 30 CEUs hours of continuing education credits for The Kaivalya Yoga Method® and Yoga Alliance.

No. This Continuing Education course is Module 4 in our 300/500 yoga teacher training and is not sufficient on its own for you to be certified. It can be a fantastic supplement your yoga teacher training or spiritual business if you didn't complete our 300-hour course. In return, you do not have to be a yoga teacher at all to enjoy this course! It is an incredible way to learn skills to help you build your spiritual business.
