Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Online Teacher Training Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We do not refund for any reason, but offer store credit or exchange to be applied to any other online course program on alannak.com. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of initial enrollment. Exchange or store credit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny an exchange. Because this program requires significant human resources to enroll students, for all exchange requests granted, a $77 processing fee is assessed and deducted from the exchange or credit value. No exchanges or credit is given for purchased Yoga Functional Anatomy passwords.
After the 7-day exchange period, no exchanges or store credit is issued for any reason. Payment plans cannot be canceled or suspended for any reason and must continue until all payments have been made in full. All requests can be made by emailing email@example.com.
Guidelines for Exchange: Please indicate which course within the AlannaK.com library you prefer to be enrolled in when contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. If the exchange course price exceeds the initial payment price, additional payment will be required. If the exchange course price is less than the initial payment price, the balance will remain as store credit. All store credit must be used within 1 year (12 months) of initial purchase.
Guidelines for Store Credit: When requesting store credit, the initial payment amount is moved to a store credit, available for use on any course in the alannak.com library. All store credit must be used within 1 year (12 months) of purchase.
Please note: Payment plans via ShopPay cannot be canceled or deferred at any time.
Teacher Training 1-Month or 3-Month Extensions: All sales are final. No exchanges or store credit will be given for extensions for any reason.
$1 Trial Courses: You must cancel prior to the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Once the trial period has expired no refunds, exchanges, or store credit for a one-time payment or payment plans will be issued. Payment plans cannot be canceled and must be paid in full.
HigherEducation.Yoga Membership (HEY): There are no refunds, store credit, or exchanges for any payments for this membership. You may cancel at any time and will incur no further payments upon cancellation.
Total Transformation Challenge: All work, including all course work and workbook, MUST be completed 100% prior to midnight EST of the 28-day deadline in order to be deemed complete and not be charged for the full course. If all coursework and workbook are not completed 100% and you are charged, there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit given under ANY circumstances.
All Other Courses
We want you to be happy with your course enrollment, and we want you to give your best effort to apply all of the techniques and lessons in the course(s). We have a strict 7-day exchange or store credit period for course purchases (Exchange policy for online teacher training is different as stated above).
Exchanges are NOT given for gift certificates, special offers, monthly membership payments or private coaching. (See exchange policy for Online Teacher Training above, as this policy does not apply to Teacher Training Courses)
Please note: to qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and why it did not work for you. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason. If you selected a payment plan option for your purchase, we are not able to stop future payments under any circumstances as these are handled via third party (ShopPay). There are no exchanges or store credit for the HigherEducation.yoga membership.
In the event that you discover the course you initially selected does not work for you for a concrete reason, within 7 days of enrollment, contact support at email@example.com and request an exchange or store credit by the 7th day at 11:59pm EST. You must include evidence of all your coursework along with your request for an exchange. If you request an exchange and do not include your coursework by the 7th day, no exchange request will be granted.
Your request for an exchange or store credit must include ALL of the following items:
- Completion of all course materials (by pressing “complete & continue” when finished with video & written content)
- Completion of all included workbooks with thoughtful answers (workbooks are not found in all courses, but are present in all certification programs)
- Written log of your personal practice as directed by the course
- Written description of a concrete reason why the course did not work for you
We do NOT provide exchanges after 7 days following the date of initial enrollment. After day 7, all payments are non-exchangeable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
Please note: Payment plans via ShopPay cannot be canceled or deferred at any time.
All exchanges or store credit are discretionary as determined by the team at alannak.com. To further clarify, we will not provide exchanges or store credit after the 7th day from your date of purchase and all payment plans via ShopPay must be made on a timely basis.
