Episode 28 - Social Change & Spiritual Leadership: Interview with Shawn J. Moore

In light of recent police violence against people of color, including the death of George Floyd, our country has reached a boiling point. This podcast features social activist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness practitioner, Shawn J. Moore, who provides us with thoughtful strategies to lean into this evolution as spiritual leaders so we can better support ourselves and our community to create positive change.

Shawn Moore, is a student in the Kaivalya Yoga Method and who I have been very fortunate to connect with this week in talking about what’s happening with everything surrounding George Floyd and the protest, and what is a very necessary and thankfully, happening now, change in perception, how we’re living, becoming more aware of our own racial biases, fighting for racial justice, and social justice.
